The Cork Street Apt is Perfect for a Stay in Dublin City of 3- to 6+ months. Located in the heart of The Liberties – a quarter steeped in the original history of Viking and Medieval Dublin, the Apt is ideal for 2 professionals looking for an easy-to-get-in fully furnished accommodation option in Dublin City Centre. With 2 Double bedrooms you will find sophisticated comforts lines and a warmth not always found in general rental options. New, superbly comfortable King beds in each bedroom, a generous supply of fresh bedlinens, towels and bathroom toiletries is also supplied so you are up & running quickly. Two 2 full bathrooms: Bedroom #1 is ensuite with Walk-in Shower Cabinet, WC & WHB. A separate full bathroom is adjacent to Bedroom #2 with WC, WHB and full-size bathtub with Shower overhead. The bedrooms are especially peaceful to sleep in – located at the back of the apartment overlooking a pleasant garden/courtyard below. A little further across the sky you can’t miss a clear view of nearby Guinness Storehouse and its famous Rooftop Bars..

Returning to front of the Apartment there is a spacious, bright, very pleasant Sitting Room with Dining Area and outdoor balcone facing onto Cork Street below, plus a view of the small parkland and bird sanctuary across. A fully fitted galley Kitchen is just off the Sitting Room kitted out with all mod cons: Neff oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, food processor, cooking utensils, delph ware, glasses and cutlery. Also here is a full size washing machine with integrated dryer.

A polished walnut floor, dining table, 2 sofa systems, coffee table, laptop desk with overhead lamp, a selection of interesting books & board games, 40″ smart TV and stable hi-speed broadband Wifi & satellite/Cable TV services all complement a very comfortable work haven for your time in Dublin. Although naturally warm, there are robust Storage Heaters throughout the Apt for when the weather turns chilly. The Apartment is on the third floor of a small private complex (the Barley House) located on the corner junction of Cork Street with Marrowbone Lane. In addition to the stairway, there is an elevator/lift almost to the hall door. Also offered is one private parking space, by request when booking please.

Our location is excellent for a stay in Dublin City Centre, extremely easy to move about from with a wonderful array of interesting heritage sites and places of great antiquity to delve into in your time here.
