The Coach House is a superbly-crafted private townhouse located just off Devon Place, The Crescent, available throughout the year for 1- to 2-week-plus rentals and 3+ months outside high season. Perfect for international visitors coming to enjoy Galway City and trips & tours throughout beautiful Connemara, the West of Ireland and The Burren. and perfect for professional / corporate entities relocating to Galway looking for a sophisticated town-centre home to settle into quickly and go about business with ease.
We pay attention to our tech backbone with a full private hi-speed Wifi service and Virgin Cable/Satellite TV service all in place.
Everything about the house from interiors to furnishings is top quality.
Sleeping 6, upstairs are 3 double bedrooms, one ensuite with slipper bathtub.
Two bedrooms have deeply comfortable superking beds, with the third bedroom offering Twin beds (2 single beds).
Directly off the Main Bedroom is an small outdoor terrace, lovely for sitting out on to catch up on phones, messages, or the news!
A Main Bathroom, Store Closet and small gallery complete the upstairs.
At ground floor level is a stylish Sitting Room with two Coolmore sofas and easy chairs, 40″ TV, fireplace, tv tables, and a small library of books and boardgames..
Across is a separate Kitchen/Lounge withbreakfast bar, Italian sofa, and fully kitted out with Neff appliances and full complement of glassware, dining ware, cutlery, utensils, serving dishes and servers.
There is a spacious Utility Room off this with washing machine and separate dryer, extra fridge, an extra freezer, and other useful Utility Room items.
Off this again is a full bathroom with floor shower, wc and whb.
Within the entrance hall is a useful Cloakroom / Store Room for coats, boots and umbrellas for when the weather is inclement.
The Coach House is fully furnished and with all mod cons.
With its polished granite and procelain floors plus underfloor heating throughout, the house is serene and classy, a wonderful home from hoem to enjoy your time in Galway.

Our location on The Crescent offers excellent proximity to a delightful and busy Town Center, the original campus of Galway University, the busy General Hospital, IDA/Dangan business parks and Galway’s ring roads for heading to the bigger Shopping Centres/Malls, and Ballybrit / Parkmore Enterprise & Medtech areas of the city.
The house is beautiful to return to after a day out from trips and tours, or from work.
Salthill is just 5-minutes away for a delicious daily swim in the Atlantic, a fabulous run, a good cycle or a wonderful walk. Or head into Town – it’s just a 3-min walk to the Crane Bar and from there to the Dominic Street/Quay Street/Spanish Arch quarters busy with entertainment all year round!
You are within the heartland of many excellent restaurants, traditional Irish pubs & live music, cafes, tea-rooms, charming shops, and an abundance of people out & about taking the fresh air all the time.
